Eight stages from first review to final handover.

Scope & Constructability Review

Document Management
Centralised project files for drawings, RFIs, correspondence, registers, inspection records and handover documentation. The objective is simple: current information is controlled and project records are retrievable.
Project Scheduling
Programme tracking, sequencing, procurement and delivery milestones are planned and monitored throughout the job. Critical dates and interfaces are managed from a live programme, not from memory.
QA & Inspection Records
ITPs, checklists, test records, material traceability, survey and element-specific inspections are produced progressively to suit the project scope and specification.
HSEQ & Site Controls
Project-specific SWMS, pre-starts, digital site forms and defined communication channels support safe, controlled delivery and clear accountability across QCG, clients, engineers and subcontractors.

Current Safe Work Method Statements for all high-risk construction activities, ready for head contractor review and site-specific adaptation before works commence.
Communication framework
Defined communication channels with clients, head contractors, engineers, and subcontractors on every project. You know who to call, and that person has the authority to give you an answer.
