Site-specific Safe Work Method Statements are prepared and submitted for head contractor review before we set foot on site. We are familiar with operating inside Tier 1 and resources sector safety management systems and understand what that environment requires.
Step 03: Reinforcement and pre-pour inspections as documented hold points
Reinforcement placement and pre-pour conditions are inspected and signed off before concrete is placed on every scope. Those inspections are documented. Nothing proceeds without the hold point being closed.
Step 04: Works sequenced around site access and operational windows
On an operational mine site, concrete works have to fit around production schedules, blast exclusion zones, and access restrictions. We plan the pour sequence and mobilisation around your operational windows, not ours.
Step 05: Full QA documentation at handover
Every mining and heavy industry scope closes with a complete documentation pack. ITP records, pre-pour checklists, concrete test results, and engineering certification where required. Ready at handover without follow-up.
