Step 03: Pre-pour inspections as hold points
Reinforcement placement, formwork set-out, and levels are inspected and signed off before concrete is placed. These are documented hold points, not verbal checks.
Step 04: Concrete placed and finished to specification
Surface finish, slip resistance, and fall requirements are managed during the pour, not corrected after. If the specification calls for P4 or P5 slip resistance, that is what gets delivered.
Step 05: Compliance pack at handover
Every pathway scope closes with a complete documentation pack. ITP completion certificates, cylinder and slump records, reinforcement photo records, and any engineering certification required. Ready at handover without being chased.
