Step 04: Formwork installation

Formwork is installed to the approved system and set-out. Level, alignment, and construction joint locations are verified before reinforcement installation begins.

Step 05: Reinforcement installation and inspection

Reinforcement is installed to the structural drawings. Bar chairs are placed throughout. Lap lengths, development lengths, and cover are verified during installation. On completion, a full pre-pour inspection is conducted and the hold point is signed off before concrete placement is authorised.

Step 06: Documentation and close-out

Inspection records, hold point sign-offs, and ITP completion are compiled and provided to the head contractor or project manager at close-out.
